Victoria Burnett

Hello! 

I’m Victoria, a University of Arkansas graduate now living in Texas, and I am looking for an opportunity to utilize my writing and communications experience to benefit my community.

While earning my Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism, I wrote about wonderful people in Arkansas who made big impacts in their communities. I have been published in the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette newspaper and helped run a social media account for the Children’s Safety Center of Washington County. I have experience working as an intake specialist at ACH Child and Family Services and as an assistant grant writer. In both positions I work independently to set goals and meet deadlines while working collaboratively with agencies and colleagues. I also have experience with Canva, WordPress and social media platforms. I currently volunteer for the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation and Women’s Policy Forum where I use my interviewing, writing and editing experience to serve incredible organizations.
